From Shabby Vintage Door to Classy Headboard

Here is my latest transformation!

Before...

During...

And After!

The headboard was pained a beautiful grey with a hint of blue to it. It is called Morning Mist, or something assonancy.
It was made of entirely reused materials, other than paint and hardware (screws and bolts). What do you think?

Wow! That is absolutely beautiful. I know you must be really pleased with how it turned out. I can't wait to see it in person. You are definitely a "Trash to Treasure" guru.
Love,
Mom :-)

Move over Martha. Carrie, we could do so much damage together. I LOVE the headboard. Fantastic work! And very sexy power tool shot too!

Girl Friend!

You Rock! WOW! I was looking at the pictures tonight and told Mom that you did a fantastic job on that headboard. It totally doesn't even look like an old door. What a great idea! How about your doing that for a new business down the road?

Can hardly wait until Friday when we get to see the whites of you and Marc's eyes!!!!!! Yeah!

Oooh, very nice! I like the crown molding you added! Did you attach it to a bed frame? Or how did that work?

I hope the Texas weather is treating you well! :D
